Any calls that you make from mobiles will vary in cost, but will most likely cost more than calling from a landline. You should always have the bill payers permission before you call. For an exact breakdown of any costs, check with your network provider before you dial.

Numbers that you call from www.thedvlacontact.co.uk will connect you to the best number to have your queries answered. The numbers may not connect you directly to an operator- they may connect you to an automated recording which can help determine which department you need to speak to, or they may direct you to the main switchboard, who will re-direct your call to the correct person.

People who use our services must have the bill payers permission. We cannot be held responsible for any calls made to our numbers without the permission of the billpayer.
